The organically grown coffee comes from the cooperative La Florida in the Chanchamayo region in the Peruvian rainforest. The cooperative was founded in 1965 and certified by Max Havelaar Fairtrade in 1993. From the Fairtrade premiums, La Florida has already implemented various projects to support coffee farmers in a wide variety of areas such as education, health and environmentally friendly cultivation. We have been harvesting the cooperative La Florida for over 20 years with voluntary price premiums.
