The Three M Crema is a blend of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta. The coffee is roasted at 214 °C for about 14 minutes. Due to the medium roasting depth, the coffee has a spicy and chocolaty taste with a slight fruit note and has little acidity. As Arabica bean we selected a very special Brazilian coffee from the Fazenda Sao Silvestre plantation, as well as an India Monsooned Robusta AA.
