To be perfectly honest, this is not really a blend at all. It is a so-called Single Origin. So there is nothing mixed; it is a coffee from one cooperative. Softer and more fruity coffees are practically non-existent. An enormously wide range of flavours. A coffee that lingers for minutes. It is seldom that a coffee from one area is so well balanced. The price of this coffee is slightly higher but that does not mean that it is expensive. 100% Mexico arabicas.
