San Cristóbal, or Chatham is the easternmost of the Galapagos Islands. Here, top-quality coffee grows in controlled organic cultivation on very fertile, highly eroded volcanic rocks. The best Arabica-Bourbon coffee plants originate from Guatemala. San Cristobal is therefore very full-bodied with a velvety, almost perfect fullness and fine, fruity acidity as well as spicy spicy nutty aromas and an intense taste of dark chocolate.
