Adjusting grinder Magnifica S

Hi all,
I purchased a Magnifica S a while ago, I attempted to make the grind adjustment by turning the grinder adjuster to no load by turning it several positions to 1 except reading that it had to be done with the machine running and 1 position at a time.
To date, the coffee that comes out is watery, the grinder adjustment is at the minimum and I can only increase it resulting in even more watery coffee.
Could it be that by doing the operation with no load I have damaged some type of gear or is there some other adjustment I have not made?

Hello did you solve this problem?I do not know how to do it ...although I always adjusted with grinder running...unfortunately at most water comes out...please let me know thank you
