nivona expert service

My machine was sent in three weeks ago (Nivona CafeRomatica, purchase date 10.06.2021, so warranty case). I have received neither the machine nor a message about what is wrong with the device. Can Nivona afford such a thing? Are there similar experiences? Have now started an email enquiry. Let's see what happens.

Was your machine sent through the dealer or from you directly to Nivona?
My experiences with Nivona have always been positive. Mostly the machines were back with their owners after 1 week at the latest.

Was sent in via dealer. Came back after 3 1/2 weeks. Same error occurred again. Two weeks later sent in again. After two weeks machine again with me. Three weeks later same error again. Will return it soon. Am actually convinced of Nivona (my third machine). But at the latest after the second "warranty repair" they should perhaps have offered an exchange with a brand new device. I have the machine now since June 2021 I have not had much of it. The device has cost after all 1200€. Perhaps Nivona should reconsider its actions in this case times

What kind of error? Times even called Nivona and times asked?
