Hello,
we are a student company and run a Necta Koro in the staff room for a good cause. Recently, only little coffee comes out... what could be the reason?
Greetings

Hello,
Put the coffee grind bigger (there is a white crank to turn just under the bean container)
It can be that, especially if you have changed the brand of coffee.
If not, it could be that the pump is not pressurized enough.

Hello,

The lack of coffee coming out of your Necta Koro can be due to several reasons. Here are some ways to solve the problem:

The coffee filter is clogged: It is possible that the coffee filter is clogged and needs to be cleaned or replaced. You can check this by removing the filter and cleaning it or replacing it with a new one.

The coffee grinder is set incorrectly: The coffee grinder may not be set correctly, which can result in a grind that is too fine or too coarse. Try adjusting the grinder to a finer or coarser grind, depending on your preference.

Insufficient water pressure: If the water pressure is too low, it can also affect the amount of coffee that comes out of the machine. Check if the water pressure is correct and adjust it if necessary.

The dispensing unit is clogged: If the dispensing unit is clogged, this can also affect the amount of coffee coming out of the machine. Clean the dispensing group and make sure there is no obstruction.

Pump problem: Finally, it is possible that the pump of your coffee machine is defective or that there is an electrical problem. In this case, it is recommended to contact a technician to diagnose and repair the machine.

I hope these troubleshooting tips will help you solve the problem with your Necta Koro. Please feel free to ask other questions if you have any.

Sincerely.
