Spidem Trevi Chiara starte nicht

Hello everyone, have an older Chiara that did its job without complaint. Three weeks ago the brewing unit was very slow to return. Triac replaced, brewing unit cleaned, seals renewed and greased everything ran great. Last week suddenly no more coffee came .
The Chiara ground the coffee but no water. I cleaned all the hoses, cleaned the water meter. Hot water comes out of the milk nozzle. Coffee quantity grinder checked. Now nothing works. Can turn on the Chiara everything is fine. When I press start nothing happens. The grinder makes no sound. Have tried to get into the test mode, also does not work. I need help please.
