Melitta Ci Touch factory settings

The coffee of my Melitta Ci Touch suddenly tastes quite watery. I had this problem in the past but it was solved by a reset to factory settings again. I have tried the same this time but when I select the menu item factory settings, the display jumps back to the "standard screen". Can anyone tell me what the reason is , or if there is a key combination to reset ?
