Hello, I need help with my grandmother coffee machine. She called me today saying that she can't make cofee. She tried cleaning program but probably interrupted it.
I ran descaling and cleaning successfully once.
When I enable the machine I can still see clean text visible on the right and there are two coffee beans (or 3) constantly on.
When I try to make a coffee I can hear the grinded but coffee is not poured into the cup and is dumped to leftowers canister.
Is there some way to reset the machine to factory settings to make that clean dissapear?

also in the process of making coffee beans start to flash. I have no idea if that's correct or not
