Melitta Caffeo Solo&Milk pump does not respond

Hello, I have the following problem with my Melitta Caffeo Solo&Milk Type 953-102,
the machine shows venting, if you turn the switch nothing happens except that it flashes, you also hear no pump.
Pump and flowmeter have already been replaced without success.
I would be very grateful for help and tips.
