Caffeo Solo & Milk beans still flashing

Posted by: wanosavr April 03, 2023 03:24 pm

Hello everyone, I have the following problem: the bean icon flashes and I'm so slowly with the Latin at the end, because I've already tried everything.
Originally I had the problem that the coffee landed in the water bowl and not in the cup, then I thought I overhaul times the machine.
( brewing unit revised, all seals replaced, drainage valve replaced, down holder including seal replaced ).
After switching on the bean icon flashes and does not go away. Microswitch seems to be fine, when I press it the drive moves. ( here, strangely, it sometimes continues to the right towards the drain valve and breaks its teeth ). Normal should turn the wheel to the left and take the valve ?

Please advice
thank you

Is the part I marked on the brewing unit?

Posted by: Gast_Wanosavr April 05, 2023 09:19 pm

Hi, yes is on, the part must operate the switch in the original state or is that first under there?

Hello, yes this flag must be on it to detect the filling quantity of the brewing cylinder.
If the switch for the coffee quantity does not work properly will possibly also appear the error image what you with your KVA.
The Mirkro switches must switch properly and cleanly. Multimeter and measure. KVA de-energized.

Hi , thanks for your reply, am grateful for any help. So when I put the brewing unit in, the flag does not yet actuate the switch, that actually does the hold-down when it shoots up? Or should the flag already actuate the switch when inserting the brewing unit? ( all 4 switches are ready reingekommen new , except for that of the drip tray )

Have you changed the Mriko switch in the brewing tank? With this error pattern, 98%.
Even if they do not switch properly, there are great error patterns.

yes, I have also exchanged the two

Hello, it is only actuated when the brewing unit moves to TDC. As already written.
Hope you have paid attention to opener and closer.

What do you mean by normally closed and normally open?

Posted by: kaffeechris April 11, 2023 04:15 pm

If you have now bought microswitches, then you must certainly pay attention to the normally closed and normally open contacts, otherwise it will not work.
Normally open contact: If there is an object in the area of the active switching zone, the output is switched through. Normally closed contact: If there is an object in the area of the active switching zone, the output is blocked.

What exactly is located somewhere, I don't know off the top of my head. Maybe you can find out more on the net.

If you write that you have reinstalled the normally open and normally closed contacts, then I don't know what to do.
Sorry:(
