WMF milk cooler 6.5L

Hello everyone,
I bought a milk cooler, so far so good.
Now after 2 days the milk is freezing on the container walls and unfortunately also in the hose.
Thermostat is about to go off.
Can I measure anything? Potentiometer, sensor? Does anyone have any values on how it should be. By the way, I'm an electrician and know what 230V is 
Where is the best place to get spare parts if I need them?
Is there a good address for repairs?
Maybe the old-timer has a wiring diagram?

Have you been able to fix this yet?
To me, it sounds like the thermostat is malfunctioning. Have you investigated it further?
