'Warm milk' function does not work

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know this and have a tip?

The warm milk function has recently stopped working on our Bosch KVA. But the milk foam function from the same hose still works.

Perhaps a reset or reprogramming would help....

Does anyone know anything about this? Can you do it yourself or can only Bosch customer service do it?

I look forward to helpful tips.
