Error Krups EA872B

Hello,

We have a Krups EA872B where coffee can still be made but no more hot water and milk cleaning is also not possible.

There is always an error message telling us to switch off the machine or to contact the support hotline (the number no longer exists). Unfortunately, there is no error code and it does not say what problem the machine has.

Does anyone have any ideas?
