Hello together
I also had more and more cold coffee from my Gaggia Titanium after 2 1/2 years. Last on every second power-up.
There I had literally "the coffee on" and took the machine apart without further ado. Warranty was no longer on it anyway and the error literally smelled like loose contact or cold solder joint. I didn't want to spend about 400 Euro for the exchange of the control board, because you can better buy a new machine with warranty.
As such machine screwed on and control board removed. 3 solder points on a potentiometer at the edge of the control board looked somehow suspicious, so soldered. Furthermore all accessible cables with plugs in the machine have to be unplugged and plugged in again (could also be a contact problem at a plug). Then everything reassembled, turned on and enjoyed a hot coffee.
Since that (4 days) I have no more problems with cold coffee.
My recommendation:
If the warranty has expired, and you are a bit talented and have soldered something, then you should try the repair attempt. Anyway, it worked for me.
Many success!
Krazy
PS.: It took me about 2 hours to complete the action. What should cost about 400 Euro at the motherboard + effort for's exchange I do not know is in my opinion absolutely usury!
