piston problem

the piston moves up, but not all the way

When I make my coffee, the piston doesn't go all the way up and the finger that ejects the grounds doesn't go all the way up and the container icon on the side lights up and I can't do anything ...the piston goes back up but it's missing about half a centimetre. I have to remove the tray several times before it works...mad.gifmad.gif
