Moin together ,
I found this forum, am new here and need times good advice✊
I have two Philips HD 5730 in use, of which the one device recently makes problems and I do not get on with it so right.....
said in advance: both devices are very regularly maintained or with the appropriate means decalcified, rinsed, the brew groups cleaned (are also Leichtläufig etc,)
With the problem device it takes in comparison to the other device (with identical settings) too long until the filling of the cup is finished and it looks as if the pumped amount of water moves too slowly into the cup.
What could be the reason for this?
In my opinion, there is nothing clogged on the device, I have replaced a replacement brew group, the pump and also both "boilers" from a spare parts dispenser, but the result always remained the same....????
Error messages are not generated or displayed.
Hot water is also generated by the device without any problems and then also pumped into the cup when needed.
Among other things, both solenoid valves are tested and they work as required...
Leakages are also not present on the device.
Visually, the problem presents itself among other things. When filling the cup, not enough water reaches the two outlets and one outlet runs normally and the other only runs intermittently because the amount of water is not sufficient for both outlets (no, there is nothing clogged?).???)
Can it really be that it is the flowmeter and it gives wrong information to the control??
I can think of nothing else but the flowmeter....
Has anyone of you experienced something similar and therefore a solution to the problem??
Thank you in advance for your help ...
Greetings from Rhauderfehn....????
