Saeco Magic Comfort

Hello, our coffee machine has the following problem: Under the brew group there is a box where excess ground coffee falls in. This container is supposed to be dry, but it is not anymore. For some reason, after each grind, water comes in with it, so if you don't clean this box daily, a small flood forms under the machine. Is the problem known?

The seal on the lower piston is probably defective.

Hi slide out the unit and on the inside you find a chamber with a piston you will see that it is full of water take something and try to see if you can open the little hole that makes the water go down into the container plate basically it is the one that you put the sora cup on.
if you don't find it slide out the plate and try to insert a toothpick from the bottom on the right area
it is definitely clogged
