DeLonghi esam 5400 now only shows esc and ok

hoope here you can help me,I've been surfing the internet for some time now and looking for a solution to my problem(as you can tell by the time >
About my problem:
I have a DeLonghi esam 5400 here and it shows ESC and OK next to the two lower of the 6 keys left and right. If I press one of the two buttons nothing happens, as soon as I press both buttons at the same time, you can hear that the BG is moving as long as I press the buttons. As soon as it reaches the top, the triangle lights up and nothing is happening anymore. Only after I have taken it off the net and plugged it in again can I play the same game in the opposite direction until it reaches the bottom, but there it does not show the triangle.
I hope someone of you can help me, am grateful for any advice.

Unfortunately, I haven't had the 5400 in my fingers yet, that's why I held back once. But see if this gets you into test mode:
Pull out power plug
Push and hold buttons "1 cup" and "Steam" simultaneously
Plug in power plug, keep buttons pressed
Push buttons "1 cup", "2 cups" and "steam" light up briefly (takes some time), release the buttons < br> < br> If this works, you can move the brewing group with the 1 and 2 cup buttons. Then see if the BG above and below is automatically switched off.

badly I have now also this problem. Only with the difference that after pressing the two buttons nothing happens and about 10 sec. later the warning triangle light is displayed.

Bin quite helpless. Maybe someone knows something now.

I also have this problem, but I can also press what I want it doesn't do anything anymore just the lights ESc and OK

I have it now, too, but I don't have any noise from the brewing group procedure, no matter what and how I do it. Are there any new findings here?

The brewing unit was stuck, I jerked it on and off and on and on and then ran it again.
All nicely cleaned and tasty!!!

hi people i have an esam 5400 which is clogged with lime true. i have heats Bauler decalcified separately. i had tried before in test mode until i got the clog with now i can't get in test mode and the machine shows warning three corner in duration and the brew group popular up after switch on even if i put Manuel in any position i would be happy if an experience has LG YILMAZ.

firstaml great forum - hat off! how long you should press the two buttons (cup1 and steam) at the same time, have the feeling with me (after approx. 30 seconds) nothing does itself...

Even shaking the brew group has no effect. It is actually clean, the whole dilemma happened after the cleaning ;-) In addition, the brew group is only one year old.

Is there any mechanical option to help the good piece back on track?
