Philipps EP 5447

Hello,
I'm new here. I bought a Pilipps Latte ToGo EP5447. It was a great offer fromOTTO. I've now been using it for two days and am actually ready to send it back. I filled it with Eduscho Feine Milde coffee beans. Actually a good variety.
The problem I have is the following: I set up the machine according to the instructions. But the first cups of coffee were subterranean. The coffee puks in the container were so watery that you could almost call them liquid. Well, I thought, the machine just needs longer than the 5 cups described in the instructions. I have now tried over 20 cups, but the coffee puks still don't look quite right. I've seen other things in various YouTube videos. The puks were always nice and firm and relatively dry. I thought that would go away after the first few cups. Unfortunately not. I also cleaned the brew group with a paper towel, as quite a lot of grease had been used. I also thought it was because the puks were not so optimal.
Who has had similar experiences?
