Hello technician
I maintain a Saeco Royal Office in our company. This machine has already produced about 20,000 cups. I do the descaling regularly, meanwhile cleaning is also done. This I have learned and carried out only in the last few months - for the good taste!
Problem
:When filling an espresso cup, the coffee runs into the cup, but the pump noise is a bit strange. It jerks a little, the amount is almost imperceptibly little. Maybe a little less over time in general. According to reports from colleagues this morning, the coffee was 'almost not at all' wanting to run out. Whatever that means?
Basically, I'm asking what that sign is. Should I descale/clean again straight away as something is clogged in the system. Or could the water pump be getting old after all. The amount of coffee and the grind have been the same for years, so no influence here.
We just want a reliable machine, not a sudden failure because of a weak pump.
Who has similar experiences here?
Who knows the jerking too - a noise, nothing else.
Thanks in advance for feedback
