Dear readers,
since December 2010 we call a Nivona 850 our own. Already quite soon -1 year after the purchase the problems with the machine began. The dealer was not able to fix the problems. Shortly after the end of the warranty the machine went directly to Nivona. After that we had some rest. Inspections have been made, cleaning is done immediately, handling of the machine is very careful. Despite everything, we can no longer make coffee and our specialist dealer does not know what to do. The problem: After the coffee has been ground and pressed, the machine pops 2x and then breaks off.
WHAT CAN BE THAT?
The grinding mechanism is checked and ok. The brewing group has been added in March. I'm afraid to give up this very expensive machine just like that. But always new repair costs do not make sense in the long run. I don't want to send my machine to Nivona anymore, because they always told me that we have too many covers. I don't want to be told that anymore. We're three people who drink coffee every day. When we bought this machine, we were told that it was also very popular for smaller offices (tax consultants, lawyers, etc.). The specialist company that serviced the machine said our covers were quite normal. If you would only drink 2 cups a day, you wouldn't need such an expensive fully automatic machine.
Can anyone give me some advice here? I now filter again by hand and am frustrated.
love greetings
Sabine
