Hello,
I probably haven't cleaned the machines for too long.
I want to take out the brewing group, that was always difficult
with this machine, but now not at all. The red PUSH buttons
can be pressed, but do not remove the brewing unit.
Now I have seen a screw on the holder on the left, it will help,
if I loosen the screw or even remove it, or if the fully automatic coffee maker is the same as scrap?
help, I can't make any more coffee! (machine is out of warranty)

Hello, I can't help you, I have the same problem !
However, it's fine otherwise, we can also drink coffee.
The brewing unit is stuck, maybe helpful but someone answers ?

On the right under the brewing group is a small locking lever, which you have to push aside additionally, then the BG should go out. Google then times after revise the Delonghi brew group, because probably the BG goes too heavy.

Hello Stefan, but under the brewing unit there is a hook/limiter on the left side. Had him outside, that wasn't the reason.
Check again tomorrow morning if I find a lever on the bottom right.
Today I didn't see one.

Thanks for the answer

Hello,

I have the same problem with the CS5000.

First time thank you very much for the hint with the locking bolt below right. That worked. Now the brewing group is back in and is stuck again. What else do I have to do to ensure that the bolt is permanently released? In the test mode it moves correctly up and down.

Thanks in advance

Jörg

What have you done so far? BG out, BG in?

That's right. BG out, clean it up and put it back in.

The machine does what it's supposed to do. This was only noticed during cleaning.

* OK, for some time now the coffee has not tasted so aromatic if you brew two cups at the same time. But we didn't find that so bad. She's 6 years old now and there should be 15,000 preparations. In between there was a new thermoblock.

Well, that's the usual. Remove powder residues from BG under running water, push in/out, etc. Looks like always.

Machine housing with brush and damp cloth.

Only a word: Revise.

Iiiiihhhhh biggrin.gif

You mean a complete revision at the professional? Would that still be worth it? When I think only of shipping ohmy.gif

Lubrication she got now and then, both the BG and the long thread behind it and the plastic around it.

Could it be the BG alone? There I have another as a replacement lie!

6 years, 15000 covers and never changed the O-rings of the brewing group?

My guess:
The brewing group can hardly be moved if you press on the silver fine sieve. The small drive motor had to work like crazy. Drive/engine will be out of business now. If you keep trying, the performance board will go hoppy. If she isn't already.

HM, I don't know. The fine sieve can be moved quite easily and as I said: it boils coffee that tastes good. In the test mode everything looks good, up or down, the diodes light up. She doesn't make any special noises either. The BG alone is no longer readily apparent. OK, if I think about it...more water comes out of the steam nozzle than before.

What is the experience regarding costs of a revision like?
