Coffee powder behind brew group Saeco Xelsis

I have been using a Saeco Xelsis SM7580/00 fully automatic coffee machine for several years and am actually very satisfied with it. Recently, however, after removing the brew group, I have noticed that a lot of coffee powder always falls out at the back (i.e. next to the brew group). I can't explain this because the outlet for the coffee powder is right above the brew group. Does anyone have any tips as to why this could be?

Hi let's say that this machine a little bit of dust loses it by itself is accentuated if you no wash and grease the unit. read in the manual and it says how often to grease it with food grade vaseline
