Hello your QM owner,
I got a defective QM from my brother-in-law
This one had the following error: the lower piston was raised at the front - the upper piston was in the lower position in the brewing group. In between there was a coffee puck.
At the back the 2 plastic gears were apart after the disassembly. The reason was probably the breakage of one of the two magnetic sensors? which are located under the drive motor.
Repair: The magnetic sensor was fixed with 2K adhesive. The gears are put together and everything is reassembled.
My fear: The gears are probably incorrectly assembled and during a test run they - or another part - would crumble.
My question: Is there a test mode for the QM to see the individual sequences?
Is there an exact installation instruction for the position of the gearwheels?
Lower piston without O-ring.
