Jura Ena4 coffee drip problem

Hello everyone, I'm coming to you for some advice. I have a Jura Ena4 white coffee machine that I use with Lavazza Crema and Aroma coffee beans. Unfortunately, even with the intensity at the highest setting (3 coffee beans selected on the machine) my coffee still tastes like water...
I would have liked to find a real taste of coffee and I must admit I'm disappointed. Maybe it's me who doesn't know how to adjust the machine, but I honestly don't know...
Do you have the same problem or could you maybe give me a tip for adjusting the machine?
