Hello I need some help when I press the coffee button at my cafe Bonitas kingstar the machine works but the coffee does not run into my cup but into the coffee grounds container

Stinginess is horny. Send them back to China.

I would check the brew group to see if the sealing ring on the piston is ok. Is there water at the top of the brewing group? Will the coffee grounds get wet? Bischen more info would not be bad. We are not psychics.
