Flask under pressure unscrews

Good day, I have a question if someone who knows will help me with the problem. When I want to make myself a cup of coffee in the Klarstein BellaVita 1450 Watt Cob Espresso Machine (such a machine) the flask starts to move causing it to fall out at some point spilling coffee out of the flask. When I let go of the machine with the flask on without coffee I let go of the mode for single espresso then when pulling the flask off it hisses as if there was too much pressure in the flask. What is the issue? What can I do about it?huh.gif
