Pressure: It's okay, it can't get too high.
Coffee quantity: Cylinder full is just right.
-Grinding degree: It's good that you can turn it so finely that nothing can get through. This shows that the limiting screws of the grinder are set correctly.
Either you are not patient enough with the adjustment (it only takes effect completely with the second to third purchase after adjustment) or you are using old coffee, i.e. supermarket goods.
Write which coffee with which best-before date you are using.
Remaining water conversion: You are mistaken for something.
The remaining water from the thermoblock flows back into the water tank at the factory, the conversion leads it instead into the drip tray under the cup base.
The hose in the pomace container only leads to the steam valve, there is practically never anything there as long as the seals are OK. Instead, minimum air is drawn in as soon as pressure decreases.
