Hello,
For some time now, my Krups EA8150 unit seems to be clogged. Nothing comes out of the nozzles anymore: no coffee when I want to brew coffee and no water when I run the cleaning cycle. In both cases, only brown water ends up in the drip tray.
I have tried following options to solve this:
- cleaning out pipes with tweezers => didn't work
- started cleaning cycle => didn't work, as no water comes out of the pipes
- descaling cycle => couldn't start up, as the descaling icon doesn't appear in my maintenance menu
- swept out the top element (where the cleaning tablet goes) to find the blockage => nothing found
Does anyone have the same problem? And if so, are there any solutions? From Krups itself I only get a standard email about the warranty period.
