Decalcifying works, but otherwise no water

My machine
always says "refill water" when I want to make a coffee. There's plenty of water. But neither coffee is ground, nor is the pump so loud, as it would be if it were descaling.

Mechanically I can't find anything.

So, sorry....

the machine works after bleeding, but it doesn't eject the marc.

After dismantling the BE I saw that a 6mm thick black plastic rod (flat) probably broke off. So the ejection process doesn't start.

Has anyone any idea if you can order the part again?
