Service access Schaerer Coffea Intense

Hello everyone,
Perhaps one of you can help me here:

I recently purchased a defective Schaerer Coffea Intense (SCPP Tchibo) and have successfully repaired and cleaned it. Now the machine still needs to be switched from the fixed water connection to the internal water tank.
Unfortunately, the machine can only be accessed via the "machine operator" access and the technician access is protected by a PIN.

Can anyone here help me with the PIN?
I am also interested in a technician manual, if available anywhere.
