Siemens EQ7

I have a 2016 Siemens EQ7 Plus Aroma Sense coffee machine that started to give my problems since the end of last year.

The biggest issue is I get a "Restart appliance" error where the machine freezes and you cannot do anything on it. You have to power it off at the wall plug, remove the grinder which is then soiled, clean it, put it back, wait a few minutes and then turn it on again. Sometimes it just gives the "restart appliance" error again and you have to repeat, other times it starts up.

It does this intermittently, sometimes it goes for a month without it, other times it is frequently.

Lately sometimes you can almost not get the grinder out as well when it happens, it is as if it is stuck and the machine did not fully "reset".

The only idea the repairs team at the agents had was to replace the ceramic valve and now it does not do it for the past 3 days.

Anybody with an idea what causes this error as I cannot google it and nobody seems to know, or then if the ceramic valve can be the problem that causes it, as it is quite an expensive part to replace if it is not the culprit?
