Special rinse cycle hangs

Machine does not respond to any of the buttons

I have a Siemens CT636les1 that hangs in the special sink. The water tank is full as described. The machine does not start the special rinse.
Main switch off and on. Fuse off and on.
So the machine does not react to any of the buttons, only to 5sec. menu appears Child lock activated.
How can I reset the coffee machine to factory settings?
