I already wrote something about this here:

The whole thing behaves like buying a car with an undocumented past.
The counter has only 4 digits, and 10,000 covers including rinsing processes are quickly reached. So the display is worthless if you couldn't read and record it yourself from the first purchase.
Just as the condition of the rubbers on the pedals, the seats, the floor mats and the gearshift lever are revealing in the case of the car, the optical impression, the background noise and the condition of the grinding discs are revealing in the case of the coffee machine.
General the QM has very few wearing parts, because e.g. the heater does not have silicone seals anywhere, the brewing group drive has a brushless alternating current motor and also the query contacts at the grinding mechanism and brewing group are contactless reed switches. A total loss therefore occurs practically only if the machine falls from the cabinet or something similar.
