Error message water circuit

Error message does not disappear

I have the Ecam23.26x (Delonghi Cappuccino Smart) and after descaling it displays the error message Water circuit empty. I have followed the manual and the water runs perfectly, but the error message does not disappear. What can I do? The machine is about 1 1/2 years old.
