Hello,

For a few days now, the coffee from my Nivona CafeRomatica 767 coffee machine,
has not been running out of the spout into the cup below,
but into the drip tray.

The message: 1. please clean - and - 2. please empty - has been flashing for a long time.

I have now done this.
Unfortunately, the coffee is still running into the drip tray.

What is this?
