Fausto tastes bitter/burned?

Hello together,
bist now we only had Tchibo coffee, which unfortunately is not very tasty, so we ordered the Fausto
tasting package last week. Yesterday it finally came and we wanted to try it
equally. I filled in the Fausto Monaco, which should taste
chocolaty. But from our Magnifica 3000
came only a bitter drink that had anything but chocolaty
flavors. Is it because of the coffee, the machine or
the people? I was hoping to finally enjoy some delicious coffee.
