We have just put this machine in our small cafe and it does make great coffee, chocolate and larger coffees. Those are the pros. Things we have found awkward - The machine doesnt tell you Which container is full - and it needs an inspection to find out, which takes time! The water container is too small! It should be at least 2x the size. There should be a pause on opening the door because when you open the door, even for a second, it goes right through the whole start up process again! When its busy it is a very frustrating feature! The Marc container does not fit securely. I would love to be able to fill the coffee, chocolate and milk containers without opening the machine! We will be getting a new machine which is connected to waste and water supply do this review applies only to the ES model.
