Blonde Roast Coffee - wonderfully soft and full of pleasure

New on the market are the so-called "Blonde Roast Coffees".

New on the market are the so-called "Blonde Roast Coffees". Starbucks and Tchibo were the first to recognise the new coffee trend and add blond roasted varieties to their range. What kind of coffee is this?

Until recently, the dark brown roasted coffee beans were considered to be the best and most aromatic. But not everyone likes the strong taste.
The blonde roast coffees are produced in a gentle process at low temperature. The beans take on a golden brown colour. They are roasted until a first crack can be heard, the so-called First Crack. Then the roasting is finished.
The beans initially have an unusual colour, a soft golden brown. The filter coffee is also much brighter than usual. The taste convinces lovers of mild coffees. It has significantly fewer bitter substances and its taste is less determined by roasting aromas. The content of fruit acids is higher in blonde roast coffee. These properties lead to a whole new taste experience.

Starbucks has added various varieties and blends to its range of cult cafés. With beans from Colombia and East Africa, Tchibo has succeeded in creating a blonde roast coffee with delicate fruity aromas.

Those who love coffee should definitely try the light coffee. Anyone who hasn't been a passionate coffee drinker so far could quickly become one through a new, gentle coffee trend.
