For three days, coffee will once again be the focus of attention on the premises of the Ottakringer Brewery in 1160 Vienna. The programme includes all the new trends and innovations relating to the cult drink. National baristi, producers, traders and coffee roasters transform the Ottakringer brewery into a huge coffee house.
In addition to the best coffee specialities, various coffee-based cocktails are also presented. Coffee lovers are invited to participate in demonstrations and tastings of world-class baristas. The SCAE Austria Barista Championship also takes place. Furthermore there is the possibility to participate in interactive workshops. Traditional craftsmanship, live music and DJs round off the programme.
The aim of this coffee event is, among other things, to promote the Viennese coffee house culture and to draw attention to social responsibility and sustainable management. Tickets for the event will be available online at www.viennacoffeefestival.cc from October 2019.
