According to the company, it is the "optimal extension of the existing series". The so-called "Select" principle allows you to choose what equipment you need - from the milk system, the type of outlet or the number of bean containers and other features such as "Hot & Cold" technology or a syrup station. You can also choose between a 10" and a 12" display.
From spring onwards, Schaerer will also take over the distribution of the American coffee machine brand Wilbur Curtis, so that the brand will then also be available in Germany. "Wilbur Curtis is a valuable addition to the professional coffee machine range, especially for the preparation of fresh filter coffee of the highest quality.This is an important step in the expansion of the Schaerer machine portfolio and gives us the opportunity to develop new customer groups in the German market," Hansjürg Marti, Managing Director of Schaerer Deutschland GmbH, is quoted in a press release.
