The Simonelli Group's new coffee knowledge platform offers a wide range of coffee courses. The aim is to provide training, certification and support for coffee professionals worldwide. The main areas are research, coffee science and technical expertise.
Lauro Fioretti, responsible for knowledge and training at the Simonelli Group, announced that the Simonelli Knowledge Hub is curriculum-independent and trainers from various coffee training and service providers will deliver the courses. Course content includes courses on CQI, SCA, Coffee Chemistry, Coffee Mind and Simonelli's Hub for Coffee Science. Courses are held worldwide at Simonelli's offices in Italy, USA, France and Singapore. Courses can also be booked through the Experience Labs network in Australia, China, Indonesia, Spain and the UK. In addition, the introduction of online courses is planned for the near future.
