The WMF Group now equips its coffee machines of the brands WMF and Schaerer with the hardware for the integration of WMF CoffeeConnect and Schaerer Coffee Link as standard. This should enable customers to optimize processes relating to the management and operation of coffee machines.
For the best possible adaptation to individual requirements, the modular solution packages of WMF CoffeeConnect and Schaerer Coffee Link concentrate on three segments: The seamlessly interlocking tools in the "Software as a Service" area create maximum transparency about the machine status and provide all data for daily management in the coffee business. The on-board resources currently include comprehensive, up-to-date information on machine condition, consumption, error and service handling as well as efficient task management. Insights into day-to-day business are also provided by various customizable sales and consumption statistics as well as quality indicators. In the "Advanced Analytics" area, the digital solutions also provide standardized, but also individualized analyses on the basis of an integrated business intelligence platform. With "3rd Party Connectivity", users also have the option of integrating their own applications or networked devices into the digital solutions and thus benefit comprehensively from a more efficient handling of all business processes. Depending on which of the three function packages ("Basic", "Premium" or "Professional") the customer chooses, various features are available ranging from basic applications to in-depth analysis options.
All new coffee machine models of the brands WMF and Schaerer are equipped as standard with the hardware for the integration of WMF CoffeeConnect and Schaerer Coffee Link. Exceptions are the entry-level models WMF 1100 S, Schaerer Coffee Club and Schaerer Coffee Prime, which can however be retrofitted. The same applies to machines already purchased. The unique free 30-day test account for the power package "Professional" allows operators of WMF and Schaerer coffee machines to test the offer.
