The Fazend Santa Alina has been owned by the Da Silva Dias family since 1907. Since 2001 Joaquim da Silva Dias has managed and produced an outstanding 100% Bourbon. The farm is located at 1150m to 1400m above sea level in Mogiana, an area ideal for making Speciality Coffee. The coffee is pulped natural processed and in the cup develops a full coffee with an aspect of dried fruits, also apricot, malty to sweet. This coffee is one of the rarest to develop as a single origin espresso.
