This wonderfully cleanly processed coffee is sun-dried. At first the flesh remains on the coffee bean and can thus pass on its sweetness to the bean. The taste of roasted coffee in the cup is rich, clear and incredibly spicy. The long-lasting aftertaste is reminiscent of sweet almonds.
