It is not easy to find old original recipes: With the help of old roasting masters, we have succeeded in reissuing the legendary Schwyzer Schümli. Our old craftsmanship of long roasting (23 min.) comes into play, which makes this coffee almost acid-free. The result is overwhelming: a soft coffee, very big in taste, slightly nutty and caramel-like.
