Guatemala has ideal coffee conditions. The plantations are high (1600-1800 meters), well protected and on lava soil. The Antigua Panchoy, comes from the Panchoy Valley around Antigua, the former capital of Guatemala. This is a hand picked and fully washed coffee, which ferments in the coffee berry for 36 hours immediately after picking. This gives the coffee its rich aromas. Taste Elegant & balanced with a full sweet body with dark chocolate and a sparkling citrus-like acidity. Origin The Antigua Panchoy comes from the famous coffee area near the homonymous city of Antigua in Guatemala. Due to the 3 surrounding volcanoes, the soil is rich in mineral-rich ashes and deposits. Setting method This coffee is delicious as filter, café or long espresso coffee. 100% arabica
