The south of Ethiopia is ideal for coffee farming. It is green and mountainous and the plantations are located at a high altitude (1400 meters) in lava soil. This Sidamo is a washed Bourbon which creates a clear fruitiness. According to the connoisseurs a top coffee from the Blanche Dael range Taste A full and buttery mouthfeel, with soft fruit tones of peach, apricot and raspberry. This young Sidamo has a touch of blossom, spicy tones and a soft Earl Grey aftertaste. Origin The Sidamo region is located around the village of Yirgacheffe in the South of Ethiopia. The coffee berries are picked and sorted by hand, leaving only the very best coffee beans. Setting method This coffee is delicious as filter, café or long espresso coffee.
